The Drawing Room offers three private areas that can accommodate a wide range in group sizes with ease: the Dining Room, the White Room, and the space within The Back Room, Chicago’s legendary live music venue. We can custom-tailor any private event, utilizing our unique dining and cocktail practices to host friends, family, colleagues, or any large group experience. The Main Dining Room is the featured room for your next private dining and cocktail experience. Laced in elegance, the Dining Room has low velvet seating, creamy white-tiled pillars, and a full bar where our Mixologists craft pre-prohibition libations throughout your event. The Dining Room can accommodate up to 50 guests for a seated dinner, and up to 100 guests for a reception-style event.
The White Room is separated from the Dining Room by a sleek, dark zebrawood partition and gets its name from the soft white ambiance of the room. The White Room is perfect for up to 14 guests for a seated dinner, and up to 35 guests for a reception style event. It is an exceptional intimate space for any type of celebration or gathering.
The Back Room has been entertaining Chicago with its legendary live music 7-nights a week for over 45 years. In its new location next to the Drawing Room, it’s your perfect stop for music and dancing after dinner or an evening all its own! With a capacity of 50 up to 350 for a reception-style event, the Back Room is ideal for corporate events, wedding receptions, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, and holiday parties. All events at the Back Room are catered by the fine chefs of the Drawing Room and feature culinary cocktails made famous by the Drawing Room Mixologists.
